The company, led by CEO and owner CPA Yair Filosof, has extensive experience in identifying and locating high-yield properties. Yair holds a REAL ESTATE BROKER license, and his business partner is his younger brother Shmuel, who holds a REAL ESTATE SALES ASSOCIATE license, providing investors with an advantage in buying and selling real estate in the state of Florida.
NadlanFL specializes in the single-family home market and offers investors new construction development or existing properties that the company purchases, thoroughly renovates, and only after renting them out are they offered for sale. Buyers receive income from day one.
NadlanFL purchases properties in Southwest Florida (Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral, and more), in areas with middle and upper-middle socioeconomic populations, ensuring high occupancy rates, quality tenants, stability, and excellent payment reliability. Each property is thoroughly inspected by a building inspector before purchase, and only then do we decide whether to acquire it.
